How Iriderm Laser Works
The Iriderm Laser light is absorbed by red blood cells on the face that carry oxygen—specifically broken capillaries (telangiectasias), as well as brown and black spots. After facial treatment, red or pigmented skin cells break down and begin to fade, while healthy skin cells are not affected. Lighter skinned patients, such as of English or Irish ancestry, are more common to develop telangiectasias, although this facial condition can affect people of any background.
