Anh Bridgewater, PA-C, is a highly skilled board-certified Physician Assistant with over six years of experience in the field of medical aesthetics. She is known for her exceptional ability to achieve natural-looking results that enhance, rather than change, her patient’s unique features. Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, a Master’s in Chemistry from UCSD, and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University. Her diverse educational background allows her to approach patient care with both scientific precision and compassionate insight. She continues to pursue education and training in the latest technologies and techniques in aesthetic medicine.

Wilma Reilly, R.N.

Nurse Injector

With over 40 years of experience as a surgical nurse and more than 15 years specializing in aesthetics, Wilma brings a wealth of expertise in both the medical and aesthetic fields. Originally from New York City, she has called San Diego home for the past 35 years. Throughout her extensive career, Wilma has honed her skills in a variety of surgical settings, working alongside renowned surgeons to provide top-tier patient care in the operating room. In addition to her surgical nursing background, she has developed a passion for aesthetic medicine, specializing in lasers and injectables. Her advanced knowledge and precise techniques in these areas allow her to deliver customized, safe, and effective treatments that enhance her clients' natural beauty and improve their overall skin health.

Sasha Dummer

Nurse Injector

Sasha is a dedicated pre-op nurse, circulates during surgeries, assists with post-operative recovery, and also serves as a Nurse Injector at Ranch and Coast Med Spa. Moving down from Orange County in 2008, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UCSD and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at USD. She began her nursing career in the Surgical ICU at a local hospital, where she gained invaluable experience that led her to join the Ranch and Coast team. With a lifelong passion for aesthetics, Sasha is thrilled to be fulfilling her dream of helping patients feel more confident, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace life with a renewed sense of self.

Brooke Eubanks

Master CoolSculpting Technician

Known for her precision and expertise, Brooke ensures that every CoolSculpting treatment is tailored to meet each client’s individual needs, delivering natural and long-lasting results without the need for surgery. Originally from Virginia Beach, Brooke has called San Diego home for the past 7 years. In addition to her work as a CoolSculpting specialist, she has also served as an esthetics instructor, where she passes on her extensive knowledge to the next generation of estheticians. In her free time, Brooke enjoys exploring San Diego’s scenic spots and relaxing at home with her beloved French Bulldog, Banks. Her passion for continuous learning and dedication to her craft ensures that clients receive the most effective treatments available, making her a trusted expert in the esthetics community.

Madeline McClurg

Medical Aesthetician

Madeline is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician with over 8 years of hands-on experience and more than 10 years in the Aesthetics industry. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has worked with several skincare brands, which inspired her to pursue and obtain her Aesthetics license. With a passion for helping clients achieve personalized, effective skincare regimens, Madeline combines her expertise in both spa and medical settings to offer advanced, medical-grade treatments in a relaxing environment. Her specialties include Hydrafacial Platinum Facials for a radiant, no-downtime glow and corrective chemical peels targeting issues like pigmentation and skin texture. Madeline particularly enjoys treating patients with acne and witnessing their confidence transform. Outside of work, she stays active through yoga and Pilates and loves spending time outdoors with her Miniature Dachshund, Mia.

With over a decade of experience in the cosmeceutical industry, Sandra Aviles is a trusted expert in the field, known for her passion, expertise, and dedication to helping patients look and feel their best. As a Medical Spa Coordinator, Sandra combines her extensive knowledge with a warm and approachable demeanor, making each patient's journey toward self-improvement a positive and empowering experience. Her role allows her to meet a diverse range of patients, each with unique needs and desires. What sets Sandra apart is her unwavering commitment to showing her patients that self-care is a form of self-love, and embracing it should be celebrated.

Outside of the professional sphere, Sandra is an avid enthusiast of foodie events and enjoys cruising along the beach on her trusty beach cruiser. She firmly believes that getting older is a gift, a journey to be embraced with enthusiasm and grace. She shares this journey with her loyal canine companion, Tito.
