The Ranch & Coast Difference

So, what’s the difference? First and foremost is the experience, training, and skill of the surgeon. Cosmetic or aesthetic plastic surgery is an experience-driven field. Gray hair is a plus for a plastic surgeon. Much like the book “outliers” in which they state that it takes 10,000 hours to master a skill, the same is true for plastic surgery. It takes hundreds of cases before you become a master at it.
